The Heros of ANZAC Day Honored at the Fort Carre

Joined in remembrance; the commemoration of the 101st anniversary of ANZAC Day was held, yesterday morning, at the Fort Carre. A ceremony in the memory of Australian and New-Zealand soldiers fallen under Ottoman fire during the battle of Gallipoli, in the Dardanelles, 25th April 1915. And even more so, all that lost their lives on the battlefields during the Great War. Active soldiers representing the Australian and NZ armies were joined by the associations of French and British veterans to commemorate this solemn anniversary full of emotion. The speeches were punctuated by the placing of commemorative wreaths at the foot of the "Poilu" and by a minute of silence.
